Some Facts to Share ~ See Medan? and then Lake Toba? So that is what we traveled the other day those 5 hours by taxi/van.
Lake Toba and Samosir Island
Now on the island of Samosir there is a peninsula with a little place called Tuk Tuk (small)
See Tuk Tuk? There on the bottom?
The ferry brought us very close to the Horas Family Home where we are at! It very short distance to walk from the little pier to Horas Family Home.
This little town called Tuk Tuk is a mere 1.5 hrs to walk...but the complete island - 9 hours they say!

Then there two other two single beds and also the Loft for 2 people to sleep in right above. That is where Rebecca stayed for the night. The steps up were strong and stable! She took a chuckle climbing up it! We did hand her a flashlight - just to be safe!
Everything on the property is so clean and tidy...with pots and pots of flowers, veggie gardens and plants and a orchid collection ...that Mian grows! Our kitchenette was so cute and has all the basic's we need!
