Y.W.A.M. visit / Sunbeam "Hunting" Spree!

Yesterday afternoon we had visitor's come over to meet Wilma.

They are a group of gals who are here in town for 2 months from headquarters YWAM in Perth, Australia. They were in Battambang to do some outreach work.  Cloe is from Kenya (English heritage) and Michelle from TN, Amy from NJ and Kate who was born in Chile. They wanted to help at the orphanage and asked what was needed?

They also wanted to do a Vacation Bible School teaching for the children.  Jerry said there was some painting that needed to be done?  So they will be helping out at the orphanage for 5 days.

Because they had not yet meant Wilma, they came by today to say hello!  It was so nice to hear their stories about how they got to be with YWAM (youth with a mission)

Later, Kerry the house-dad and Shari came with 8 children
by tuk-tuk to pick out clothes for the children from the bundles and bundles of clothes we had washed and sorted out.

...and this little one was ever so happy with what she found!

How fun...the YWAM gals helped out too finding just the right size for the girls!

It doesn't matter what age you are...ladies will be ladies...looking for just the right color, and size!
