A VERY Relaxed Day Today ~

Talk about some lazy-bums...well that is what we were today!  We had a really good nights rest...and seem to have needed it too!  Travel is fun but also tiring!

But after some oatmeal & fruit...here on our veranda...we decided to go down the street to a cafe to have some coffee and do some logging where the wifi would be better!  The internet is a bit weak here on the island...and especially to upload pictures - that seems to be the problem when we are out a ways!  The wifi was a little better at the cafe - as long as I did 2 or 3 pictures only at a time!  That is a very slow process...so 3 hours to get one day of logging done!  But after coffee and no hurry to do anything else, I did log a day.  Tomorrow again to be caught up!

in that wonderful water...yes it was refreshing and not cold at all!  Not warm but very comfortable!


Nick relaxed under a tree and needed to because it is pretty hot again today!  But I like it - and it so fits this kind of weather with spending it on a island here in Greece!

We sat together on our balcony  again...and did some talking & looking into our Lonely Planet travel book  to decide what & where to go next and how to get to Italy from here..all a lot of distances...and what might be the better way to go?  Are we going to enjoy one other island before we leave this immediate area?

It was 7:30 so we decided to have a bite to eat right downstairs at our hotel here, the owners Spyros & Vaso and family work very hard in the Summer season everyday - make it really nice here...and we certainly should try it here too!  We ordered a mixed salad and some veggies and as always it was really good!

We took a stroll this evening...along the beachfront and there was such a nice breeze out...and the lighting was perfect with the Sun going down!  We enjoyed that walk!  Tomorrow we plan to rent a motorbike and go to the other two little towns....(this is a small island!) still fun to go discover it! 

So it has been a very laid back day...and we needed it!  Nick took some extra "cat" naps too!  Good Nico..

 This little guy was standing out in front of a cafe/restaurant...a very warm welcome he gives you...ha!  Skinny thing huh???
