Today Sunday - we headed back to Piraeus the Port Town / Rome Italy...For Real?

We did leave on the Ferry boat that was scheduled for 11:15 ~  So we were to have seen that Ferry boat come in yesterday!  We got a bit organized with our "suitcases & packs and then we walked down the pier - and sat to have a coffee while we waited for the boat to arrive!

We had hoped to stay 2 days here...but with our flight booked for 12 noon from the Athens airport to Rome...we knew we better not take a chance with all the connections.  So we both felt good about making this decision!!  There is NO reason to rush, or get anxious about anything!  Weather we stay one more night at the island or come back to this port town - it was a good decision!

......and then when we docked we decided to go right back to the hotel we had departed from & thankfully they had a room (the last one) for the Sunday evening!  Again - convenient....so Thanks Glaros Hotel ~  "Hello We Meet Again!"

We took a walk and seemed to be both tired - so we took a long nap!  Tomorrow ROME Italy...can I believe it...can we believe it?  Can anyone believe it?  Wow...still have a hard time comprehending all that we are doing!  Praise the Lord!  We are thankful!!!  

Sunday is a very quiet day in Greece!  All the shops & stores are closed...they still consider Sunday to be a day of rest! A Day to set aside for church, family & a time of sharing ~ Nice!
