Ah....what a way to wake up...looking out the window this morning.....schoene!!!!!!!
We headed down for breakfast...and it was a nice buffet..with fresh fruit, cold cuts, different types of breads, juice & coffee or tea! Nick started with some cereal and there was even yogurt! Nice!
We received our bill for dinner last evening...and it was cute how they had it there at the table for us!
A very cute dining area...and so pleasant to start the day with a nice Austrian breakfast!

OK ...on the Road again....and Diemel said..."you want to drive?" Well - yes...sounds like a plan to me!

We turned off 168 to go see Kitzbehul. We drove high up a mountain pass to another valley...and Nick took pictures while I drove!
We took a stop ~ Nick wanted to share with Cecile his sis the car....a new Skoda...the car was one of their mothers cars that she too had purchased while still living in Holland! Fun huh Cecile?
All Nick had to show the rental agency was his Oregon drivers license...that was it and of course the credit card ~ and off we went with it! We rented it in Salzburg and will return it in Innsbruck....very nice indeed!
We came into Kitzbuhel and parked the car and wandered through the cute town...it was busy there because there was a major tennis match going on this week! So lots of people and cars.

For you who might not know....this front part opens up to the side..to let the driver and passenger in! Yes the whole front "gray" part of the car! I drove one once in Holland! Small huh?
We had a load of wash to do..running out of everything to wear....so we searched & asked and found a laundry mat - and we were very happy with that!
Nick took a snooooooze!
Boy we were pleasantly surprised - the whole thing cost 11 Euro...a BIG difference from Venice Italy...where we ended up paying 30 Euro! These Miele washer really wash well and the clothes get spun really well...the dryer took 15 min only and we were done in a short time! YEAH!!!!
It turned out to be a wonderful day today! The sky was a dark blue...and the Sun shone brightly and was even hot...we were so glad!
While the wash was washing in the machine we had some lunch close by!

This hotel - if you look real well....you will see that the trimming was painted on around the windows....the shutters were real wood.....looked so good! And somebody had to be a good artist to paint all that around those windows! Love the flowers again...sure gives a great look huh?!!
We checked into another darling chalet..for the evening...in Neukirchen

A good nights rest and off we head again towards Innsbruck ~ 3 days of great travel and beautiful mountains scenes!!!
