Bart invited us over for dinner. We walked over to a cafe down the street and enjoyed a glass of wine and some brie with french bread...! People enjoy these little places and the weather again draws the people outside!
He had a beautiful bouquet of flowers on his coffee table....just gorgeous!
We admired the pictures on the wall...of the Dutch scenes!
..Nick had not yet seen his cute house...the alley houses are small and
cozy and were built for the employees that worked for a factory close
by. These homes have been renovated and now they are much desired!
Bart as a little guy....yes puffy pants in those days!
We enjoyed our time and enjoyed a hearty meal! Tineke, Nick & I headed home and walked down the streets back to Tineke's house where our car was parked!

The streets are lighted up - shops have their window lighted up so as you walk along the streets you can do some window shopping!
Even though it is a week day...people are enjoying dinner out...or having a cup of coffee out - little terraces here and there along the street....
It always surprises us to see so many out late...just enjoying the evening and meeting with friends!
